Payment
A non-returnable deposit of £100 per week for each
apartment and £300 per week for the whole house
is required to confirm your booking.
There
will be an additional heating charge for bookings during
October.
The
balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Payment
to be made by bank transfer in GBP (£ Sterling),
euro transfer to Italian bank also acceptable
(account
details forwarded at time of booking)
Conditions
Your booking will be confirmed only on receipt of the
deposit, your name, address and contact details, number
in party and arrival and departure dates.
If
the booking is made within 6 weeks of the rental period,
the full sum is payable.
In
the event of cancellation the following charges apply:-
Four to six weeks before holiday start 60% of full fees
Two to four weeks 85%
Less than two weeks 100%
Holiday
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you get full holiday travel
insurance to cover possible medical problems, loss, injury
or damage to you, your belongings and cancellation insurance.
We
can accept no liability whatsoever for any costs or claims
for loss or damage to guest's property or for personal
injury incurred at Dimora la Cascata.
